It should be legalized and...I agree about cannabis. It should be legalized and taxed. Regulated like alcohol is.

In high school, I experimented with cannabis and even my mother agrees, I was much more laid back in my teen years.

I have only smoked it a few times since I left the military. I would like to smoke it more as opposed to drinking, which I haven't done for almost a year now, because drinking can sometimes depress me where-as cannabis relaxes me, mellows me out. And sometimes causes me to burst into uncontrollable laughter while watching cartoons. Especially Road Runner and that up to no good Coyote. LOL

I think legalized prostitution would also help to cut down on rape. Maybe. I don't know. Just my thought. I would also think it would cut down on street prostitution and if regulated, could be safer in the long run where disease is concerned.

But people who are jailed for cannabis and prostitution take up space for real criminals. I'm from the school of "your body is yours, do with it what you will". And if a girl (or guy) can make a living from sex, hey, knock yourself out. It beats having to work for a living. I guess.

As for me, I could never have sex for money (paying or be paid) because I am all about the emotion, the passion. For me, it just wouldn't feel right. And you'r...Your girlfriend is one smart cookie. And you're right: the "no child left behind" program has led to WORSE grades, WORSE illiteracy rates (because we wouldn't want to negatively impact their "self esteem" and hold them back until they can actually LEARN, would we? SMH), and WORSE in general.

I really agree: this girl needs someone to reach out to her, help her, and put her back on a path that will lead to a better life.

And also, yes: prostitution and cannabis need to be legalized. These two things would go a LONG way toward saving vast amounts of money in the vice and drugs law-enforcement community, plus add into the tax base. My husband knows a lot of police officers, and most of them agree they would MUCH rather walk into a house with a bong on the table over a bottle of booze. People who are high are usually peaceful and mellow, and in one case, the guy said he has NEVER seen a domestic violence case where the people were smoking cannabis. It's ALWAYS booze.Katy Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00545922085061044768noreply@blogger.com
